former paramedic, dispatcher, and quality supervisor at a medical dispatch centre. He was involved in the centralisation of the largest dispatch centre in the Czech Republic — the Medical Dispatch Centre of the EMS of the Central Bohemian Region. He currently works as an external consultant and lecturer in the field of operational management for several emergency medical services. Since 2008, he has organised a regional Czecho-Slovak conference focused on operational management in emergency medical services.
